Big Fat Pregnancy believes in size-inclusive childbirth for all. We recognize that clients are just one piece of the puzzle and cannot be held responsible for rectifying their provider’s biases. Big Fat Pregnancy educates providers on weight stigma, bias, and current weight science research, enabling them to better care for clients and patients living in larger bodies.

With this dream, I created Beyond the Scale. A 4-hour live training to learn more about anti-fat bias, unpack weight stigma, define and put into practice size-inclusive care. To set the foundation for the training, you’ll have access to two short pre-recorded lessons to explore the foundations of what I believe are essential components to size-inclusive care.

You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of weight-inclusive care, create a community with other providers committed to removing anti-fat bias from their practices, and have tangible action items to implement right when you leave the workshop! Take this knowledge and bring it to your co-workers, friends, and family so we can normalize size-inclusive care in childbirth.
