Returns & Refunds Policy
We understand circumstances can change, but because of the nature of doula services, classes, and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

Services (e.g., doula retainers, birth support): Retainer fees are non-refundable. If services are canceled before the final payment is due, any unused balance (beyond the retainer) may be refunded at our discretion.

Digital Courses and Materials: Due to the instant access nature of digital products, no refunds are available once access has been granted.

Physical Products (if applicable): Returns or refunds must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
